Your second step is to fill out a simple application to verify that you meet  accredited investor standards--and that international investors are in a sound position to participate in the United States. It is our goal to make the process streamlined--while covering the critical bases for you and us. This process sets you up to invest with us and--we hope--become a regular participant in our investing activities around Greater Boston..

Fund

Finally, our electronic funding channel makes closing easy. Access to your performance data is sent to you on a quarterly basis. We are always available to answer questions and discuss dynamic market and housing trends with our investor members. It is in the interaction with our community that we all become smarter, better at the investment process, and more able to adjust to changing circumstances for the better.
