Once you are a member of our  network, you propose residential investment projects through our online interface--or by setting up a meeting in person. Our investment committee meets regularly  to determine which projects to fund. In addition to the committee's rich experience and knowledge of the marketplace, we apply a smart algorithm that considers dynamic variables such as market conditions, current demand, and pricing trends..
