Angels For Builders (“AFB”) is a private real estate investment group headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. We are creating valuable investment returns for our investors by sourcing high-yield residential real estate investment opportunities from our network of real estate developers in an opportunity-rich metropolitan environment--and matching them with angel investors.
Our investment management team includes real estate professionals Tim Fraser, Denise Price, Bill Scott, and Kevin Sheehan, who have extensive experience in the investment, development, and brokerage of residential and mixed-use commercial real estate. Collectively, with our advisory group, our team has managed over $10 Billion in real estate investments and transactions over a 30-year period.
AFB Fund I is projecting investments of between $300,000 and $1,250,000 per project with 12-18 month target hold periods. AFB Fund I will take either a mezzanine position or a preferred equity position, subordinate to the bank construction lender.
Our target return to investors is 12%-14%.
